Progressive Inspections

We offer progressive inspections for those of you that are having a new home constructed, whether it is a production home from one of the fine builders in the area or a custom home built through a general contractor.

With this type of inspection we are your eyes and ears during the construction process. We report back to you anything that is of concern over the entire building process (this could last from 90 days to well over a year). We will work with the general contractor to make sure you receive what is specified in your contract and your home is built according the specifications in the plans.

Our inspections can include the following stages:

Pre-construction

· Pre-purchase site visits

· Pre-construction site visits

· Pre-plan and architectural review

· Architectural plans and specification review

· Civil plans and specification review

· Pre-bid plan and specification review

· Bid qualification review

· Owner/builder contract review (non-legal items)
